I debated uploading this for a few reasons. One of them being the terrible quality of the scan. But I'm a little sick of seeing nothing but faces staring back at me on this gallery so... I'll put it here now.
This was done for my son, part of a series of paintings depicting my chidlren's hopes and dreams. First, he LOVED the movie 'up', hence the balloon type imagery. Second, he wants to be a bug scientist when he grows up. So this is my oldest boy, off exploring bugs as a bug scientist/adventurer. Done in colored pencils and watercolors. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
