Notice: I am going in for surgery on Thursday, and so will be unavailable for a while. When I come back, I'll do an actual tutorial on skin tones in colored pencils. Till then, uh.. here's a step by step of a drawing I did a few weeks ago. Not much help here tutorial speaking, sadly.

Having put together 'how tos' myself, I know how time consuming giving step-by-step instructions can be and can't thank you enough for taking the time to do this!

This step by step progression of one of your drawings is incredibly illuminating (especially to someone like me who is still trying to learn how to color drawings in 'real life';) and WAY more beneficial then just looking at a finished product. Your decision to take the time to do this is a fabulous benefit to the DA community and I greatly appreciate it!
