edit: A friend spent several hours last night teaching me about adjustment layers and masks. Sooo I've reuploaded this piece now that I've adjusted it to be closer to the original. Not ... faded and muted in colors. Sorry to spam your watch lists! Thanks for your patience!

Holy shit, this was spawned from a dream that some of you might remember me babbling about in this journal: [link] . All that 'omg pirate porn with mermaids!" except they get eaten? Yeah. So this was my dream in all it's happy go lucky, watery glory.
Done in watercolors, colored pencils and a tiny bit of ink.
