That's right, it's the return of the tributes. Now this lovely lady I've been wanting to do something for... for a while. But I couldn't think of the right thing to do because I'm not uber close to her like I am to the others.

I simply admire her intelligent conversations and amazing artwork *grin*

And so, this one is for

I asked a question in my journal... and her answer stuck in my head, and made me realise what I wanted to draw. This isn't my normal style, as most of you know.... but... well... I like it.

Her words:
"If I were given a choice of my afterlife? I would actually take the darker path of choices. I would choose to be the breeze that causes that feeling of warning in the pit of stomachs, that spark of people's conscience that alerts them to things they must stay away from or be weary of. Almost like the reaper is personified, but not exactly death, I just tap them on their shoulder to give a heads up of possible danger. Like a dark angel of sorts.

I've made mistakes and ignore instincts, so I would think that would be my proper role. "

Wow :omg: This is amazing! I love the colors, the tones, the highlights! I espeically like how the clothing and folds are handled in the drapery, not to mentio the hair! :worship: We're not worthy! We're not worthy! Excuse me while I go off to try and learn your far superior skills :drool:

Those words send chills up my back! :O This is lovely, but that's unsurpising. I like the curve of the hip for some reason, and the curls of her hair flow so nicely. :love: I always fall in love with the way you draw hands.

Very beautiful indeed! The details on the corsette are incredible. You did excellent giving the picture an overall feel of darkness, but not necessarily negative, and I think you gave a very accurate visualization to her response. The light blue and white in the eye gives a nice contrast that helps keep her from being ominous and dangerous herself, and having more of an "I'm watching out for you" feel. I like how you have the typical reaper-esque robing, but on rather loosely such that it gives a form of connection to the reaper, but does not define her as it.

MAh...maeh..mmehem...mehm....yeah...you already knew what I was going to say before I say it here....it came out just as lovely as I imagined it would^^ You're right about the wings..they're not nearly as important as the overall mood you've created with the simple light tones in her skin.....lol my brain in it's half-functioning did not comprehend the fact that it'd take forever to do white wings on black cardstockXD Yesh..the palette selecting menu in my brain is offline tonight:P She's so lovely in a very dark sort of coy way....I think what makes her that way is the 'shroud' as you called it. And I resort to my default reaction....:drool: "Sweeeet!"

Tis a lovely piece. The tribute project seems to be bringing out the bestin you^^

It wasn't black enough I suppose XD ...ohh how I have done random things like that...hehe but aside from that..truly beautiful, it's more simplistic than usual, but I like subtleties though, if not more so ;) and she very much seems to glow in that dim light..really showing off those slight instincts we all need to listen to more..like stare at this more..MOREeee > D muaweehehhe
